In just four short years with the St Louis Cardinals organization, Doug White has won 3 championships. This time he did it in grand fashion, defending their Appy League title and winning back-to-back championships. During the championship series the Johnson City Cardinals pitching staff surrendered just 3 hits against the Bluefield Jays of the Toronto Blue Jays Organization. Another Championship
In late September Doug White was honored along with the rest of the Johnson City Cardinals staff before the Major League team took the field at Busch Stadium. Z Health Certification
Doug has finished the four part certification program of Z Health which includes R-phase I-phase S-phase and T-phase. The next step in Doug’s training will be to participate in a 9 month master trainer program to solidify his knowledge in the pertinent information that relates to his athletes.
