Successful St. Louis Cardinal Season
It was another successful season for Doug working with the St. Louis Cardinals. Doug spent the season as the pitching coach for the advanced rookie league team, the Johnson City Cardinals. Doug was able to assist his pitchers in all facets of the game and in the end they had their best record in over ten years. Z Health Certification
Doug has finished the four part certification program of Z Health which includes R-phase I-phase S-phase and T-phase. The next step in Doug’s training will be to participate in a 9 month master trainer program to solidify his knowledge in the pertinent information that relates to his athletes.

Alaska Quakes Travel Ball Clinic
Doug White and Brent Strom completed the third annual Alaska Quakes Travel Ball Organization clinic in Alaska.

Doug Returns to Point Loma High School
Doug will return to Point Loma High School for his fourth, consecutive year in order to prepare their pitchers for the upcoming season. The Point Loma pitchers will participate in an entire throwing program with mechanical breakdown and also a strength/conditioning program. Additionally, this year, Doug will focus more on the all around factes of the pitching game from mechanics to pitching fielding practice to situational pitching during games.
